I did my first show was last year in April for Cage Warriors, I was really nervous but excited and as soon as I walked in my nerves went as the noise from the crowd was comforting. As I train in the MMA Clinic where a lot of fighters are based, I was lucky enough to be approached by Cage Warriors. After the second show I was made head ring girl which was amazing I was really lucky!

Natalie one of my fellow ring girls (Twitter: @Natalie_L23) is absolutely amazing she's such a lovely sweet girl and we have the best time working together. I love that there is 2 of us as it makes the trips better than they are already.

My best moments have always been in Jordan, where the crowd have been amazing. They love the sport so much and the atmosphere is always great. My worst moment is definitely when one of my fave fighters lost. I hate seeing them lose when I know they should have won. I've almost tripped on the cameraman's lead before but i managed to walk over it and continue smiling haha! 

At shows I absolutely love meeting the fans. Its important to be make time for pics etc with them, after all some of them come far to meet you. I love it!

Other things I've done; well I've previously had a boxing fight which I won! It was the best experience I've ever had but I wouldn't compete again. I've had so many amazing photo shoots it's hard to say which was my favourite. I recently done a shoot for a powerplate company which was pretty cool. In my industry you get offered a lot fo work and sometimes you have to turn it down for various reasons. If I turn work down its because it isn't right for my portfolio.

My advice for girls that are looking to break into the cage girl scene is to be careful of which promotion you work for and make sure you are treated well and looked after. I guess if you were not a fan of the sport it would also be difficult to watch the fights.

For the future I intend on staying with Cage Warriors for as long as I can and to continue my modelling career. In the future im going to complete my personal training and nutrition course.
