I am part of the Wildcat Dolls, we are dancers for the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats (rugby league). We also do a huge range of different work including dancing for Stockport County, ring girls at boxing/cage events, promotional events, charity events, dancers for masters football, danced on soccer am, international rugby dance team, danced at One Direction charity football game just to name but a few!

I would never have thought I would be a fan of MMA but after seeing it firsthand I absolutely love it, I’m usually the one up shouting or shielding my eyes as I’m a bit of a wuss! The atmosphere is amazing and the adrenaline gets pumping!

I’m a fairly confident girl walking into the ring but the cage was a lot different! I was nervous to begin with but after the first time I really enjoyed it- not a fan of the spongy floor in heels though.

I couldn’t possibly just have one best moment because there’s too many - I suppose the best thing is to be part of such a great bunch of girls, we all have such a fun time doing everything we do and I think that’s the key to being such a good team! My worst moment is probably the amount of blonde moments I have, oh yeah- there’s too many of them also!

I was walking in to the cage as normal, went to walk out and the guy had locked the cage! You can probably imagine my face… Thought I was going to die haha

Would I ever compete in MMA? no way! I would get absolutely slaughtered. I have won many championship titles in ballet, tap and modern jazz. I have also been in the Miss Dance of Great Britain for the last three years. I enjoy figure skating and I did attempt rugby but that was an utter disaster and found that I’m incredibly good at passing forward!

Apart from dancing we do regular promotion work, but the one that I’ve enjoyed recently is when we did a charity car wash with Capital radio for Help a Capital Child. We did the car wash from 7am to 10am and charged £5 to go towards the charity - we raised just under a thousand pounds; not bad for a few hours of washing cars! Not so fond of the fact we were freezing in our ‘daisy dukes’  but all for such a fantastic cause, who would like to see a dolls car wash near them?!

I did a shoot with all the dolls which is the one I’ve enjoyed the most! We were there the majority of the day and did a huge range of shots – from grid girls to footballers to ring girls to geeks you name it and we did it!

I think it helps, if I didn’t enjoy it it’s not something I would want to do again. Plus there’s nothing attractive about a bored looking ring girl, right?

Best and worst chat up line used on you: Can’t say I’ve had any good ones! The majority is the bad cheesy ones like – “Are your legs tired? When you fell from heaven” Or when doing promo leaflets a regular one we get is “I’m only gonna take that if it’s got your number on it”…
Favourite holiday destination: We all went to Marmaris in Turkey for a girls holiday which was insane!
Night out or Night in: I love a night out with the girls don’t get me wrong but a night in with a good chick flick, Chinese and bottle of wine is my fave!

Other Work: Model, Marketing Manager

I've been with Tuff'n'uff for about 6 months now. I met Stephanie Cook while working at my previous job and she said I would be perfect for Tuff 'n' Uff and I was in the ring the next event. Jeff Meyer is the director and he is amazing to work with and so much fun. The two other ring girls are Stephanie and Alizee; both girls are a blast to hang out with and have great energy while ring side. Erwin is my saving grace; he makes sure I don't hold the sign upside down or fall on my face.

I love being out there and watching the fighters doing what they love while I do what I love.

Supporting them and getting the fans involved, talking to them and taking pictures with all the supporters I always look forward to the events. Once while I gave a fighter his medal he hugged me to say thank you. But he didnt realise he was still bleeding, he got blood all over me. Not too much fun while it happened but its a good story to tell now.

Every UFC fight there is, I'm either there in person or sitting cross legged on the floor watching in my living room. I learned to love the sport from my dad and just havent stopped since he first showed it to me.

My first experience walking into the cage was scary. I like to think I'm a pretty out going girl but anything you do the first time is going to be a little intimidating. The girls and our helper Erwin were so nice at my first show. They told me just to smile and it would be fine. By the time I got all the way around, the butterflies were the best feeling and I just wanted to get back in there.

Best moment, I think has been meeting all of the great people associated with the brand and the opportunities that have come along with being a ring girl. As for anything negative I cant think of anything, I love being a name and a face for Tuff 'n' Uff

I know a thing or two about defending myself and I think I'm pretty "tuff" but I'll stick to just walking around the octagon (for now) ;]

I was in competitive cheerleader for 7 years here in Las Vegas and I cheered for my High School in my senior year as well. I have always been active my whole life and I don't see myself slowing down any time soon. My favourite photo shoot has to be the one I constructed with a local talent here in Vegas. He's only 18 and is one of the best photographers I've seen. We did an Alice in Wonderland shoot and the pictures turned out amazing. It probably my favourite because that has always been my favorite Disney story.

If the person or company makes me feel uncomfortable, or are unprofessional I have to turn them down, safety is so important in this industry so I am maybe a little overly cautious, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. I would suggest the same for girls in the modeling industry. Girls, take precautions when going to and from auditions.

I would love to be the next UFC ring girl. I love the sport and I have heard that the organisation is amazing to work for. To travel and be able to do what I love seems like a drream come true. So i'll work my butt off to get there.

Full Contact Contender: Twitter FCC_1 and online

I began working for Full Contact Contender at the beginning of 2011 as I was friends with the events manager who was looking to promote FCC and he popped me the question one day and asked me to be involved in a shoot. The other two main ring girls are Zara Moore and Sammy Williams, they are both lovely, easy going girls and we have a good laugh when we are together! There's not really a head ring girl as we all hold equal responsibilities.

I never was a MMA fan before I became a ring girl but I've recently become fond of it and I love watching the fights! I was told that my first experience it would be nerve wracking but I loved every minute of it and it just came natural to me, it was one of the best feelings ever! I dont think there have been any bad moments, I just love socialising with everyone at the events, it's definitely an exciting job! I wouldn't compete in MMA; I think I'd rather stick to being a ring girl and I don't think I would suit a black eye!

For girls that are looking to break into the cage girl scene I'd say just the two most important sayings really , 'you only live once' and 'if you've got it flaunt it"!

It's always more enjoyable to be interested in MMA but it's not a big problem if you aren't but in most cases the sport does grow on you and becomes exciting! I plan to take my career a lot further than what it is now and to try and make some serious money and have lots of fun along the way but i'm just currently deciding which route to take and how to do that!

Hobbies: I can't get enough of socialising and going out!!
Favourite Food: Cant beat a Big Mac meal from McDonalds!
Favourite TV Show: Celebrity Juice by far!!
Favourite Movie: Mean Girls!!!!!
Favourite Music, Band, Singer: I'm not fussy when it comes to music, I love anything that I can dance and sing to but if I had to choose I'd say Rhianna is a music legend!
Best and worst chat up line: the best - Are you from Tennessee, because your the only 10 I see! and worst- Is your dad a baker because you've got a cracking set of buns.
Dream Job: I'd love to be a model!!
Favourite holiday destination: I'd like to be classy and say Cancun in Mexico but I absolutely love Ayia Napa!!!!
Night out or Night in: Without a doubt a wild night out!!
